Yard Young Artists: 16-21
about
NOW RECRUITING
APPLY TODAYYard Young Artists: 16-21 is back, with award-winning director Tristan Fynn-Aiduenu leading the charge. Alongside artist Dan de la Motte, you’ll build original, live, electric work that’s yours from the ground up.
We’ll be responding to Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein—but this isn’t just about monsters and lightning bolts. This is about imagination, power, sentience, and identity. It’s about what makes us human. And what London could look like in the future.
Together, you'll:
- Building original theatre from scratch
- Skill-swap with other creatives and peers
- Learn from artists working at the top of their game
- Perform your work in front of industry professionals
- Grow your confidence, sharpen your storytelling, and find your voice.
This is for anyone who sees a future for themself as a storyteller, performer, director or a live artist. This is where the journey starts. You don’t need to have done this before, but we are looking for people with curious, ambitious and open minds and a commitment to the project dates below.
The year ends with a performance directed by Tristan—open to producers, agents, and the people who matter to you.
